Designed to help you find your way in the gym, the Iron Force Gym app provides workouts, exercise demonstrations, equipment demonstrations and much more!
The app runs you through each piece of equipment in the gym, showing you how to adjust it, set it up and use it. Each exercise in our workouts have a 12sec video demonstrating the exercise using our equipment.
• Equipment
Each piece of equipment has a video to show you how to use the equipment and the types of exercises to do with them.
• Workouts
We select workouts from the website www.workouta.com from personal trainers and popular fitness industy figures. Each workout has a description and shows you the sets/reps for each exercise. Tap the exercise to see a video demonstration.
• Blog
Our blog is packed full of interesting topics and information to do with fitness and is updated each week.
• Shop
Shop memberships and Iron Force merchandise from our website www.ironforcegym.com.au
• 1 Rep Max
This calculator can tell you what your 1 Rep Max will be by working out what weight you can do for a certain amount of reps. You can calculate this in both lbs and kgs.
