Fit-Mi integrates HealthKit to give you the most considerate fitness experience. Your everyday workout status will be linked to Fit-Mi automatically even if you've done those workouts without Fit-Mi running. You can view how your Mi grows during the past days and get an idea of how you're going on with your fitness journey.
