Building an own online booking and renting system can be done easily using Appkodes’s Airfinch script. The system allows host to add their listing with no cost and allows buyer to book the stays. Admin will earn commission for each and every successful booking from guest.
For User:
• Simple search based on location with your vacation duration and number of guests.
• Location map for the searched listing to identify space.
• Allows end users to post reviews.
• User can check availability for the property before booking using calendar.
• Trip List for the profile users can be tracked.
• Supports currency conversion with currency switcher on the frontend.
• Advanced User-friendly search with search for spaces on location , check-in and out with more filters on price, property booking type, specification or amenities.
• Messaging facility to communicate with the host through inbox, sent items and reply functions.
• Social login allows instant login/registration.
• Simplified checkout for the user to book the stays.
• Users can able to discover top destinations.
• Invite friends through Google and Facebook.
For Host:
• Calendar synchronization with host’s daily booking calendar.
• Provides location map to identify type of booking used
• Guests can post reviews on listings they booked.
• Listing availability can also be checked while booking.
• Listing can be booked as request, Hosts can be contacted by the users on booking availability.
• Facility to track a user’s trip list through their user account
• Inbuilt messaging function to contact the host.
• Listings are highly secured, only the registered user can able to view and book your list.
