Please take the following under consideration if you want to create grids with Instagrid Autoupload (hereinafter called the ‚app’):
Make sure to avoid excessive use of the app (hereinafter called ‘misuse’) because it may result in disciplinary action by Instagram. This may include but is not limited to the following:
- restriction of the comment and hashtag function of your Instagram profile,
- classification of your Instagram profile as a spam account,
- blocking or deletion of your Instagram profile.
We are not liable for any measures taken by Instagram in response to misuse of this app.
Such misuse includes:
- uploading more than three grids within 24 hours to a single Instagram profile,
- uploading more than ten images an hour to a single Instagram profile,
- using the same description repeatedly,
- intentionally using top hashtags,
- exhausting the maximum number of allowable hashtags per upload.
If such misuse results in the temporary blocking of your Instagram profile, please consider how you are using the app and whether you need to adjust or restrict your use.
Whether grids appear contiguously within hashtags also depends on the level of popularity of the hashtags used (number of images already posted) and the upload speed of your mobile device. For top hashtags (those where one or more photos are published every second), it is almost impossible to upload a completely contiguous grid using normal data speeds. Hashtags that reference only a few images are not updated by Instagram in real time. Therefore, the contiguous display of grids depends on factors solely under Instagrams control. We therefore take no responsibility for the contiguous display of grids.
