We are introducing a new tool to record and measures all the exceptional work performed in daily operations.
These exceptional items are result of something which was to be done on regular basis but was not done and has now become an issue/complaint/exception or some special work/request that needs to be performed as an exception.
Your Dopex score will be one of the criteria that will determine your incentive amount( if you are on incentive plan) and your final appraisal at end of the year.
1. Escalation Matrix:- The mail will shoot to the manager of co-worker when his ticket becomes pending and after every 6 hours again mail will shoot to manger about that pending ticket till 48 hrs(if ticket is still pending). If ticket goes pending for more than 48 hrs the mail will shoot to manager’s manager.
2. Travel approval:- co-worker have to raise ticket for his manager when he is planning any official travel and need to submit necessary information like duration of travel, mode of travel, days of hotel stay…etc. Manager can accept or decline the request.
3. Leave approval:- co-worker have to raise ticket for his manager to approve his leave. Manager can accept or decline the request.
4. Option to select expected close time(optional): -Co-worker can also select expected close time of ticket along with expected close date.
5. Re-open option:- The person raising the ticket can only re-open it.
6. Postpone option:- The person raising the ticket can only postpone it.
7. Edit option:- The person raising the ticket can edit it (all fields).
8. “Department” word has been renamed as “ function”.
