Welcome to Quiet. Presenting the most effective technique for deep relaxation.
Our guided meditation sessions are based on a yogic therapy called Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is highly effective for deepening your meditation practice, treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, and insomnia, relieving back pain, achieving weight loss, and developing greater self-awareness and evenness of mind.
Yoga Nidra is harnessed by spiritual aspirants and mental health workers alike. The US Military touts it as the number one most effective treatment for veterans of war suffering PTSD.
Our experienced teachers and practitioners make the technique simple and easy to follow. Just make yourself comfortable, press play, and listen to the instructions.
