This app interacts with the art of Sarah Tse's “In a World of My Own”, a series of mixed-media and augmented-reality paintings that bring her delicate dreamscapes in the digital world.

Sarah Tse is a New York based Chinese artist, with a unique visual language of pencil and paint over unconventional surfaces. Animals, antique machines and narrative tropes from folk tales and myths are thematic signposts of her signature, drawing an array of paradoxical images that evoke a fragile, nostalgic and disturbing atmosphere.
"In a World of My Own" app was crafted in collaboration with interactive designer Rémi Engel.
