Kenzai announces the Kenzai Kickstart 14-Day Challenge! This program is designed to get you off the couch and exercising while educating you on healthier diet and lifestyle changes that will produce results.
Kenzai Kickstart is a comprehensive 14-day fitness program that gives you daily workouts and lessons designed to get your body and mind moving on the right path to achieving your fitness goals.
HOW IT WORKS
Getting started with Kenzai Kickstart is easy. Simply download the app and select a start date for your 14-day challenge. You’ll receive daily educational lessons and daily workouts. It’s low intensity and designed to build endurance and help you start making better choices on a daily basis.
14 DAYS OF EDUCATIONAL LESSONS
Kickstart daily lessons cover a range of topics from diet, exercise, motivation, accountability, and life changing habits that set you on a path for sustainable change.
14 DAYS OF GREAT WORKOUTS
Kickstart workouts start at a low intensity that allows beginners to finish the workout in 10 to 15 minutes or less, but becomes more challenging over time to build endurance. Try to avoid skipping workouts because it will impact your ability to build the habit of working out on a regular basis and it will become too difficult to keep up and drive results.
BE ACCOUNTABLE
Kickstart only works if you’re committed to the program. If you miss three days of the 14 day program, you’ll need to restart the program and try again. There aren’t any shortcuts to achieving real results.
THE RESULT: A HEALTHIER YOU
While real change takes time, you’ll start to feel a difference in 14 days and have a great foundational to start down a long term path of sustained improvement. Stick with it for 14 days and complete the program and we’ll have a surprise for you. Just follow the instructions upon graduation.
