We are authorised bank mortgage brokers and able to offer mortgages for International buyers (non residents) who are actively seeking to buy a holiday home or investment property. We are also able to provide commercial mortgages.
Banks are comfortable to lend up 70% of purchase price or the property valuation whichever is the lower. For fiscal residents or those paying their taxes in Spain the comfortable mortgage amount is up to 90%.
All banks base their mortgage rates on the annual Euribor plus a percentage margin added.
We prefer to offer current rates on the day of application to ensure complete transparency and to ensure there is no ambiguity or misinformation. In all cases our rates are best to market and we are able to secure for our clients special terms and conditions. We are in certain cases able to provide 100% finance.
Spanish Mortgage Solutions as well as being able to offer best deal to market can also approve in principle your application in 48 hours. This is a unique service to our network and is offered to us due to the recent successes in achieving high volumes of completed mortgages.
