Hi I am James Shack, known to all as Jim, I started in Real Estate in 2002, firstly gaining experience in Office and Property Management roles which gave me the valuable experience to take forward into Real Estate Sales. All this has given me the expertise and passion to provide you with sound property advice.
With my background qualification in Automotive Engineering I love the challenge to get things not just running, but running smoothly; especially if told it won’t work, that is the challenge I am up for!. My previous role prior to my return to Real Estate was National Accounts Manager for the Waikato, B.O.P and Coromandel areas for one of NZ’s largest automotive parts and equipment companies and has further enhanced my managerial skills in business and increased my resolve for achieving personal customer satisfaction.
My passion for customer satisfaction and Real Estate had me retrain under the new REAA Act 2008 license requirements so I can again offer you a personalized and professional service of the highest level. My negotiation skills whether buying or selling will deliver you my customer more exceptional results.
