Timestation with vacation will record your employees work hrs and their time off. This is the only punch in and out clock app with a vacation module built in.
For greater security employee's can use a pin to clock in and out. You pick the 4 digit pin.
You do not pay extra for instructions on how to use the app. Setup Instructions and tips are next to the boxes you need to enter.
You can email yourself an excel spreadsheet of work and vacation hrs for a specified time period.
If you have multiple exits at your company you can connect the two iPads using WIFI.
Timestation with vacation can also keep track of each employees vacation remaining. There are two ways to accrue vacation. On the first of the new year or the first of each month. Vacation and medical hrs will be subtracted from vacation remaining. You are not forced to use this feature. You can also just track vacation hrs without bothering with vacation remaining. Employee are also required to list reason for vacation. 1) National Holiday, 2) Vacation 3) Medical 4) other.
Timestation with vacation is also translated into 21 languages. Pick your language in settings. The languages available are Arabic, Catalan, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finish, French, German, Greek, Italian,Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish
