The Walter Johnson High School Public School mobile app is custom built to serve the needs of our school community, by improving communication between the school, students and it's families.
This app allows Walter Johnson parents and the school staff to be better informed and prepared for school days which is ultimately in the best interest of our children.
Key benefits of our app are as follows:
- Integration of grade portal and school purchases.
- Pop-up messages (Push Notifications) makes the instant communication of time sensitive items and whole school messages seamless and cost effective.
- Provides all with immediate notifications and access to listserv.
- Access to Student Directory by way of log in.
- Instant access to Clubs & Activity information.
- Provides instant access to upcoming events that can be added to their phone calendar.
- Enables parents the use of GPS and maps to navigate to any venue used by the school for special events or sports.
- Access to up to date school information at the fingertips of community 247.
- Photos of school events taken by parents or student can be shared with the school using the images taken with your mobile camera. Remember not all photos can be used subject to internet authority forms being signed by parents.
- Parents in business can now support the fundraising efforts of the school while promoting the products and services of their business to the school community.
- Easy access to bell schedules for everyone.
- Ability to have easy access to school social media.
- One touch contact to staff.
- Easy access to PTSA and Athletic updates and forms.
- A touch away from school paper and Walter Johnson News.
