The Other Side in 3D demonstrates new cutting edge technology developed by Mental Canvas that imbues traditional drawing with expansive 3D capabilities. The Other Side allows children and adults to interact with and travel through each scene, draw connections between characters and situations and test their perception throughout the book. Using the full capabilites of the iPad tablet (flipping, zooming, tilting and dragging), users will discover the whimsical and thought-provoking world of The Other Side.

Istvan Banyai, the acclaimed Hungarian-born creator of Zoom and Re-Zoom, and the illustrator of several other books for children, is also well known for his editorial illustrations, which have been published in the New Yorker and Rolling Stone, among other journals. His perspective, always unexpected (sometimes even to him), has made him one of the most original and iconoclastic illustrators today. He lives in Connecticut.
