P R O B L E M:
Are you a business owner, a wholesaler, or a chief who is frustrated with the current ordering system, such as receiving the incorrect order or dealing with inconvenient order times between the wholesaler and the business owner? Why write your orders down, call, and repeat your orders to the agent, when you can complete the process in just a few clicks? In the current process, there are so many possibilities where the order process can go wrong.
Most restaurants would not know which inventories are low on stock until their closing time. When it is time to order, the wholesale agent is either too busy taking other restaurants' orders, living their personal life, or sleeping. Sometimes, the agent cannot pick up the phone call because he or she is in the restroom, or the restaurant has a really long list of orders that is bound to get messy. In turn, the wholesaler stays up all night taking orders in fear that the agent does not lose their clients, and the business owner disrupts their own sleep early in the morning just to place an order to insure that his or her orders are on time.
