Share your GPS position with family and friends.
Location Updater automatically sends your GPS location via e-mail, Twitter or updating your status in Facebook at predetermined time intervals.
Useful for runners, hikers etc.
Location Updater works in the background with the new iOS 4 in the devices that support it and you can use together with other tracking programs.
Don't worry if you leave the program running. The App will suspend notifications after a set time.
Informations:
The mail delivery requires an SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) account type.
Some examples of SMTP configurations (Gmail, Yhaoo!Mail, MSN/Hotmail, AOL) are described in the online help
The message delivery not work if the internet connection is not present.
Please note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

- Send an email with an image from your camera or library, with GPS location.
- Upload an image or a photo with the caption of GPS position in the album on Facebook.
