My Chinese Recipes

My Chinese Recipes offer the best Chinese cuisine’s recipes, the highlight of our recipes is all the ingredients can be easily found in general supermarkets. Obviously these recipes are written by an Asian cuisine expert - thanks to my wife who was born and grown up in Hong Kong, and being an Italy house-wife for several years. Thus we have selected recipes which can be easily prepared by handy and simple ingredients, yet keep the original taste and fair and please the non-Chinese diners’ appetite. Actually some dishes are impossible to prepare without the right ingredients. Each recipe has its own story and history, which you will found it in the information tab’s description. These recipes are divided into 3 parts: Main Course, Entrèe and Dessert. You can select the desired item than choose the recipe you want. Each recipe is divided into four sections: Information, Ingredient, Preparation and Note, thus make you feel easier to read while you are cooking. I have tasted all these recipes! Yum yum.
