Short Break Secrets Melbourne & Surrounds: Melbourne’s escape guide is now in a handy app format.
From the Yarra Valley to Daylesford, the Bellarine Peninsula to Mornington Peninsula and many other areas all within a 90-minute drive of the city centre. Discover where to go jet boating or hot air ballooning, relax at the Balinese Retreat or luxuriate at Villa Parma, get close to nature at William Rickets Sanctuary or the French Island Llama Experience. This application contains 52 great short break suggestions for exploring Melbourne and surrounds.
This application is fully integrated with the GPS capabilities of the iPhone so choose a destination, press a button and the route map appears.
Don’t bother carrying bulky guidebooks, scouring the web or asking surly taxi drivers for suggestions. You can have insider information when and where you need it in a clear, accessible format.

Click the ‘directions’ button and with one tap you can:

3. See the venue marked on a map
Click the ‘venue’ button and with one tap you can:
1. Send an email message recommending the venue to your friends
2. Call the venue
3. Visit the venues website
4. Add venues contact details to your address book with a picture to remind you what it looks like
