Positive suggestions for information storing and recall.
Also includes a visualization to help create new ways of thinking about studying

Sleeping habits can be rebuilt easily with gentle techniques that relax the body and still the mind.
Listening to this track helps the listener drift down into relaxation and then off into sleep.

Many of us can find it difficult making new friends at times. The positive suggestions on this track make it easier to connect with people and easier to develop new friendships.
