Help your child to learn about animals! First Words for Toddlers 1: Animals Lite, aids in language and fine motor development for the littlest app players. This Lite version lets you sample 3 out of the 15 animals. All 15 animals are available in the Paid version. The educational objectives of this app are to:
• Develop a foundation for phonological awareness (the ability to comprehend sounds in language).
• Build recognition of both cartoon and real images of the same animal, and relate the animal to its name and sound.
• Provide exercises that develops dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Set in a zoo in the countryside, Brian the Bee and Brianna the Butterfly lead an exciting animal tour. The "Animal School" teaches 15 animals and their sounds by taking players on a journey through real life photographs. In "Animal Play", children are invited to interact with the animals by tapping them to hear their sounds, pushing them through a maze, playing peek-a-boo with them and moving them around. At the end of each session, a fun prize is awarded. A lively, entertaining "Animal Show" set to classical music will have your child dancing and wanting more. The beautiful animal graphics, engaging games and lively music will captivate your child in this must-have app for ages 1 to 3!
