Written over 10 years by a practicing board certified Infectious Disease doctor, a 2010 USNews and World Report Top US Doctor and the producer of the Puscast, a bimonthly podcast update of the ID literature and a Gobbet o Pus, both available on iTunes.
$5.99 (less than a penny a page) gets you the years edition and updates for life (my life, not yours).
