Sign Factory

Sign Factory is a new kind of art program. You don't need to know how to draw because we've done the drawing for you. Simply choose from the large list of icons, shapes, and symbols and arrange them to make bold, graphic pictures. Add your own text. Manipulate, change, and color the parts of your picture with powerful tools. Save your pictures to your camera roll, email them to friends, and use them as personal icons for mail lists, Facebook, or Twitter. Sign Factory lets you be creative and get to the fun part of drawing no matter what your level of artistic skill is.

Here’s some of Sign Factory’s features:
• Sign Factory is a universal app, so you can use it on your iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch.
• 440+ glyphs (small images) to build your picture with. A library of 44 pre-built starter signs to copy, edit and use, with more available on-line.
• Tools include sizing, rotation, mirror, linking, centering, copy, outlining, and coloring. All tools can be used on your editable text.
• Layer-based editing lets you work on one part of your image while leaving the rest unaffected. The number of layers is limited only by available memory (30+ in practical usage).
• Fun random sign generator.
• Automatically saves everything as it happens. You will never lose work because of a phone call or accidental button push.
• Save jpeg photos to the camera roll so you can e-mail pictures to anyone who doesn’t have Sign Factory or download and use them from your home computer.
• E-mail signs to your friends who also have Sign Factory so they can edit them and send them back to you.
• Doesn’t interfere with other device functions, so you can listen to your music as you create.
• Small application (~2mb) so it won’t eat up valuable space.
