- Effectively manage work pressure so it doesn’t turn into emotional or mental stress
- Switch off from work life and transition to family home life more easily
- Achieve the best quality sleep possible in the time they have available
How the app works:
1. Take the Sleep School’s stress and sleep survey
2. Receive an individual report explaining how you are doing compared to the national average and how to improve
3. Receive recommendations of which tools to use in the app to use to help you perform better, switch off mentally from work more easily and sleep deeper.

- Survey: The Sleep School survey will identify your individual stress and sleep quality levels and how we can help
- Report: Based on your survey results you’ll then be recommended clinically proven tools within the app to help you improve in the areas you need most help with
- Compare: See how your results compare to the national average
- Tools: The 11 most essential tools designed to help you manage daytime stress, aid transition from work to home life, and boost their nighttime sleep quality. All of the tools are based on clinically proven techniques.
- Guided Tool Audio Content: Over 12 hours of guided audio content to help you develop long-lasting positive behaviour change.
- Fun and informative animations: To bring the amazing world of sleep science to life
- Sleep Help Library: A continuously updating library of HD quality filmed video content presented by Dr. Guy Meadows answering the most frequently asked questions about how to sleep better and manage stress effectively
About our Subscriptions:
The Sleep School for Professionals contains in-app purchases allowing you to subscribe to specific content within the app.
- Our auto-renewable subscriptions allow access to all educational content and sleep tools within this app during your selected subscription period
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually
- Payments will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions will automatically renews unless auto-renewal/ you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
- You can manage your subscription and switch off auto-renewal by going to Account Settings within your iTunes account after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
